Nick is a resident of Montgomery County and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Nick provides both buyer and seller representation throughout the Maryland area with The Rudden | Bobruska Team of Re/Max Realty Services

As owner of The Congressional Group, Nick’s expertise and experience in the construction industry provides homeowner clients with an in-house contractor estimate for seller preparations and home improvements that yield an optimal return on investment. Nick is an experienced contractor that has handled a myriad of home repair situations from minor cosmetic repair, distressed vacant homes, and complete home teardowns. 

Our P.E.N. Program is the Nick’s brainchild. Informally, The Congressional Group has been easing the minds of sellers through efficient repairs and upgrades for years. Recently however, the industry has seen more knowledgeable buyers and more particular home inspectors. The need for a formalized program of Prepping and Enhancing homes coming to the market was real. Nick is an expert on adding value to your home through cosmetic repairs and targeted upgrades.

As a Realtor, Nick has been involved in the local real estate development and construction industry in Maryland. Nick is the owner of the Congressional Group, LLC, as well as Congressional Heating and Air Conditioning and The Congressional Team.

Nick lives in Gaithersburg with his beautiful wife, Shelly, a professional photographer and avid golfer. Nick has two grown daughters and a grandchild on the way.

Charlotte began her career managing all aspects of private country clubs on the eastern seaboard. During this time, she had extensive experience with capital improvements such as renovations and new builds. Charlotte also planned countless events over the years introducing her to the best in design and decor. Charlotte settled in Maryland 12 years ago, having relocated from the Boston area.

Charlotte joined The Congressional Group, LLC in 2018 and has enabled the organization to provide detailed “homework lists” for renovation clients. These lists include style direction and items to be chosen in c conjunction with the homeowner such as lighting and cabinetry. Charlotte shops with highly involved homeowners and for more hands-off homeowners.

Charlotte also sources all the products and materials for our P.E.N. Program. These items, with our purchasing power, allow home sellers to get the absolute best return on investment. With a flair for design and home improvements, Charlotte sources cost-effective materials and design elements that will make your home shine with potential home-buyers.

Charlotte also works with clients on financial matters such as deferred billing when necessary.

She lives in Brookeville with her partner, Jay, and their two children, Kira and Talia. Charlotte’s mother, Sally, also lives with them as well as three beautiful dogs, Ragsdale, Rosie, and Winnie.
